Easy
This is a very good design and easy to put together. Little bit of handyman work is required but my chickens finally have a clean place to drink

Chicken auto water cups
I have 5 cups outside and 3 inside. After a couple of modifications on the pipe going out to the bucket, I finally got it working. I have issues with leaks on the hose end but I think the rest is good. I just have to watch the cups as the chickens sometimes move them which causes water waste.

Wrong fitting for hose connection
Dont buy this. Its quite a lot more complicsted to put together than it looks from the photo. Took me about 2 hrs and some specialty cutters to do it properly.FITTINGS ARE WORTHLESS IF YOU'RE CONNECTING TO A HOSE.A male connection is provided, but a female is needed because the end of the hose you hook to the bucket is a male end. I'm about to make my 3rd trip to home depot working on this project to get the right fitting.Honestly defeated the point of me buying the kit because I just wanted to be able to sit down and assemble it without all this mess.

Better QA needed
Product seemed ok until I started to set up the water cups and one of them is missing the piece inside to stop the water flow. But other than that it’s ok. Kind of hard to return when other parts are glued together.

works great
Works great. Hooked it up to a hose at first, but now hooked up to water barrels and works great!

They work!
I have only 8 hens so I built the waterer with 3 stations about 6" apart. It took more time to assemble than I thought as I wanted to do it right. Previously we had a single station with a reservoir of galv metal that was enough for 10 hens. A bear got them all in one night. We went with store eggs for 3 years before our new pullets. I added 3 strands of electric fence and buried 1/2" hardware cloth because gophers got in for loose grain. Maybe ground squirrels. Motion detector lights are helpful for bears apparently. Anyway, the waterers look good but could benefift from a shield over the top to keep out the poop. That's next.

Chickens love it
Used with 55 gallon drum. The automatic shut off works great. Directions could be a bit more clear.
