Excellent value. Well made with wire frame which bends well. I bought 4, plus 4 plaits on a headband for a Dutch themed evening, and we received several compliments.

This was a tiny hat. It does not come with a wig.So misleading.Please don't buy. Total rip off. The seller should be ashamed
