good caulk
This caulk works very well and does flow out nice. I have made two orders for this and I'm very satisfied with the quality.

Best RV roof sealant !
This lap sealant is great ! I have used other brands and this is honestly my favorite. Just the right viscosity to self level nicely but not so runny that you make a huge mess. I wish that I had bought a few more tubes ,but started with a 4 pack to try it out. I will be ordering more !

Easy to use
This stuff does the job. It's easy to use and covers just like they say. Use a utility knife to cut open the tube-end, because using snippers tends to deform the threads.

Great self leveling, very strong odor.
I live in an older home that had an interior window that needed some filler done before installing trim moulding. I wanted something that was self leveling and really couldn't find what I was looking for in my normal caulking aisle. I bought this for that self leveling feature and it worked great. After I applied this, I used normal caulking on top of it. Now granted, this wasn't the normal use for this product but worked excellent for what I needed. Just be mindful though that this stuff is extremely strong smelling and be sure to wear a respirator especially if using indoors.

Seems to Work as Well as the Brand Name Stuff.
The RV is now two years old. I wash and inspect the roof twice a year. I noticed the original Dicor was starting to get what looked like cracks (I know, Dicor does not crack, it separates and looks like a crack though). I used one tube to fill in the crack-looking areas and bubbled areas. The stuff flowed like Dicor - maybe a little better - and filled in the areas. I'm happy with the results. Only time will tell if the stuff performs the same. If it does, it's a good price.I usually carry some roof repair tape and at least one tube of sealant - just in case.

impressed so far
gave this a try since I had to scrape off and redo all the original roof seems on my 1998 motorhome. I figured I would TRY it since the "other brand" which we all know is the best, is also the most expensive.Overall, I cant complain, this stuff laid down so nice.. Keep in mind this IS self leveling and quite runny so you better be using it on FLAT joints/seams, it WILL sag on you if you get on steep angle or try vertical. OTHERwise it looks perfect once leveled and cured... I resealed my roof joints 5 days ago and have had non stop rain for 2.. with more coming, and no leaks SO far....
