Microsoft Surface Pro Keyboard with Slim Pen 2 Bundle for Pro Copilot+ (11th Edition), Pro 9 and Pro 8, Alcantara Material, Sapphire

Genuine item, box was slightly damaged due to lack of packing (it came in an envelope). Over all, what I expected. I think it is over priced, but that is what a monopoly on an item functionality does... you get what you pay for. This one needs no charger (uses the device) nor on/off (detects with the device proximity of the screen), will lock and turn off your screen for you when you close it and charges the pen as well when storing it. Just what I needed. I do wish some third party could work that kind of functionality into theirs, but till then stick with OEM.

I love the flexible uses of this keyboard. It's not Bluetooth, so it has to be attached, but that's what I want 99.9% of the time anyway. It can stay flat with the pen exposed, or the back part can be pushed up against the Surface Pro to give the keyboard a little rise. That hides the pen, but if I'm using the pen, I just pull it out before I push the keyboard up. Either way, the typing surface is confident, smooth, and responsive. The touchpad, too, works well. It's a bit loud when pressing hard enough to actually get the "click" sound so I try to use a lighter tap to avoid that. I also love the fabric feel and the color is great, too.My last tablet keyboard was missing a "Del" key so I'm glad to have that back with this one, along with the Backspace key. I was struggling at first to figure out how to do a screen capture, for which I would normally use a PrtScr button. It took me a while to realize there is still a button for it (shared with F8) that looks more like a touchpad than a screen, but it works just like a PrtScr button. 🎉I'm very pleased with this keyboard and the Surface Pro 11 itself.

Love the keyboard itself but at times I have to unattach it and reattach so the computer part recognizes the keyboard. Otherwise love the color and ease of typing

5 months later, the light on the keyboards stopped working. Tried cleaning it, and sometimes it will flicker back on, but now it just won’t light up anymore. What a waste of money for just to work for 5 months. Do not recommend!
