This ball is definitely worth the price. It works very well to strengthen leg muscles. I am 74 and had no problems blowing the ball up. It comes with all that you need plus it was recommended by my husbands rehab nurse. Excellent product.

Does the job but needs to have air put in more than i think it should. But that is easy to do. Not a smooth surface. It is grippy (think stickyish like a sticky yoga mat). This might suit you well as it is less likely to escape when you are compressing it during some on your exercises.

I needed a Pilates ball for some workout videos that I do. This works good and it’s amazing how certain moves feel very hard with this ball. It definitely makes my body work harder.

I love this yoga ball .it was money well spent. I use it for aerobics. It stays inflated for a long time . It’s a perfect size for the aerobic exercises I do.

Ideal for physical therapy. Using the included plug puller and short straw for oral inflation, I inflated it to about 75% of capacity, no pump necessary. I use this for knee squeezes. Feels much the same as the ball I use when I am in therapy appointments. I am grateful for how well it works my hips. Good price.

Holds air even after plenty of use. Great quality. Does exactly what I need it for. Didn't have any bad smells. Perfect size for exercise.

The ball is good for doing core workouts but the material of the ball is sticky and collects everything on the ground.
