Got it as a Christmas present for my 24 yr old cousin because he’s obsessed with football and he loved it! He built it in two days.

I purchased the quarterback Lego set for my 11-year-old son, even though the box said it was for ages 16 and up. I was nervous, but he surprised me by starting the build and saying it was fun! The instructions were easy to follow, and he thought it was the coolest gift. The set is built on a platform, perfect for display on his dresser. As a huge football fan, he loved the Dallas-themed colors. The pieces fit well, and I’d definitely recommend this set. It would be great if they offered different colors for other NFL teams and maybe NFL logo stickers to appeal to a wider range of fans.

Good design, decent quality bricks, and I was pleasantly surprise that you get quite a lot of lego bricks for what you pay, could be easily be double the price. Very few weak points, but I decided to just gorilla glue this set together aside from the joints. It is worthy of being a display in my glass display case with other, more adult theme, lego selections.

This Lego-like kit is a really fun and engaging build. It was surprising to see how well the figure turned out, as these types of kit are often fiddly and not very sturdy. The shoulders, elbows, hands, fingers, hips knees and ankles are all articulated and can move. No stickers for the face, but I kinda like leaving it blank as you can imagine the expression yourself. The color is a great deep blue and with the black and grey makes for a really good looking figure. Great price too.

A few things I want to note about this set. 1) It's a cool idea and the style is really neat 2) It's a great set for a sports lover (esp football!) 3) There are a lot of pieces and the instructions are ok, not great, but better than others I've seen 4) The first set we received had 3 missing pieces and we requested a replacement and received it and started over 5) The display stand goes together fairly easily and is pretty sturdy, and you can do well working your way up the legs until you get to the waist area, at which point we tried over and over and every time you get to this point, trying to secure additional features just makes everything collapse and fall apart. It's beyond frustrating. Maybe we're doing it wrong, but we've retried several times, both teen and adult age, and neither of us were able to secure the pieces tightly without everything falling apart. I'm not sure if it's the pieces which are just a little off enough that they don't snap together well, or if it's the order of the pieces being put together that it's just hard to push on them to secure them without other pieces falling apart... not a few, a LOT of pieces. We gave up for awhile and set it aside, so never got beyond the waist of the QB. Was really disappointed, maybe others will have better luck.

I found that this was a really cool model to put together and what I really liked most about the kit was how well the model stood in stature on the included base. This was a nicely designed model and the assembly process was simple and straightforward. The coloration of the model blocks was perfect and the design of the model in the quarterback position was appreciated. The blocks went together well and held their position well without falling off or breaking apart during the step. The plastic ABS was made of quality and there was no plastic burning. The instructions were well-designed and guided the building process perfectly without any problems. I am very pleased with the building kit and have it displayed in my study.
