Great portable power washer!!!
This really is a great, strong and powerful power washer if you need to clean your porch and walkways and don't have an outside faucet. We had a small issue and company was first class in handling it immediately. Highly recommend!!!!

Needs better QC
Cool and would love this. Died after second small use and it was fully charged. No leaks. Just faulty electronics. Charged and not turning on now. This would have been the 3rd use.

Follow up on 3 star review
Changed my review from 3 to 4 stars after the manufacturer offered me a full refund if I was dissatisfied with their product. That takes character and I can appreciate that.Like I said in my previous review it's a good product. In the future I will definitely shop that brand again.

Decent option for light applications
Impressed with the looks of this product, and the max power setting is fine for general rinsing. Battery life is good for 4-5 full loads. Note, if you are to carry full tank of water on your trip, as the device is designed for, keep in mind that the lid design is not hermetic. Make sure the tank is secured, otherwise you may be up for a nasty surprise if the water leaks and soaks your car.

If you need a machine like this you better get this one!
Plan and simple. This product does exactly what it says it will do! I love this little machine! As soon as I got it I charged it up. And then first thing in the morning I'll put it to work and it put a smile on my face only two SUV vehicles!

Works But Is Heavy and Imbalanced
the why:i have the X9 inflator and really have come to love the convenience, easy charging and size of that. So in looking to no longer trust mobile car detailers, i was looking for a solution to my issues of where and how to get water to the street in front of my home. i could have gotten a $100 hose - needs to be at least 200 feet to connect beside the house the front of which is 25 yards from the curb. i could also have used the closer connection which leaks inside the house next to of all things the electrical box....ppl build houses oddly in the 50s.the how:knowing this would have less power than corded, which i owned before & used to refinish a 300 foot deck, i splurged when this went on sale. first thing i noticed carrying it into the house was the weight. but thank you Fanntik for using box handles. the hose was loose inside the box which concerned me. it also looked as if it had been "retaped" by Amazon. famous for reselling flawed and failed units, i was eager to verify whether this was used or faulty.when i unboxed it, right away the water tank reminds you of a small hard sided suitcase. wheels are not great, just a hard plastic. it also just kept tipping forward, super annoying. i put it together without the manual. inside the manual bag, looked to be a thin wire perhaps for using when the nozzles clog? and there was a weird metal u shape bar that came in a plastic bag but did not seem to install anywhere. the hose comes together with a solid snap and i think it seems sturdy but it is all plastic.the nozzle was bagged an hidden inside the odd attachment sleeve pocket on the back of the unit. the foam canon sits on a fixed clip on the same attachment sleeve. nothing else seems to tuck neatly on or into any other part of the machine. once i pulled up the suitcasthe where:set up on the deck to wash out the bird bath as a trial run. the wide opening easily filled from my white (potabe) hose and when the water first came out there was a smell. even though my unit did not look used, it smelled of soap weirdly. i kept spraying the bird bath until it no longer smelled before filling. hope it's safe for birds to drink.i tried various nozzles spray casting but i did not notice much difference to be honest. i took the nozzle off to fill the bird bath and noticed the "psi" pressure read out dropped to zero. this tells you the system needs the nozzle to keep pressure at it's peak. i also discovered pushing the on button changed the pressure from high to med to low. i think it was just 3 settings.on the way past a very old (25yrs at least) ceramic fireplace/chiminea, i decided to see how it would do. i realized the power is reduced if there is less than 5" of water or so. it worked very well. but i will say, honestly, it is not much more powerful than getting one of those super nozzles for the end of your normal hose. prolly should not have used it on this more fragile ceramic item but oh well. i tried not spraying just the green stuff.took this home to use at my moms home (going through probate but possibly a sale, rental upcoming or Air BnB). upon arrival, i discovered this leaked in the cargo bay of the SUV and is sitting outside now on a carpeted covered porch and continued to leak. in the SUV, the leak seemed to be by the tires but see pic with large round wet spot under unit after sitting out 8 hours while charging. this very much limits where the thing can be stored and how to be mobile with it. and there is literally just like on inch of total water in the thing! losing another star for this.i plan to update the review after washing the SUV: loose dirt rinse, foam cannon with ceramic safe ph balanced soap, post suds rinse, (and wheels) and use of ceramic detail spray while wiping dry. seeing how many refills it takes to complete the process. but i am optimistic that it will get the car clean and wheels clean without damage to either.
