This product is great. I became aware of this strain of probiotic through a longevity newsletter. The author recommended a much pricier brand (with affiliate kickbacks for him). This does a better job than the pricey brand.

I prefer probiotics in a blister pack as they seem to hold up better and are still viable. I decided to try this while on a GLP-1 but didn't notice any difference with weight loss, (NO appetite suppression). I haven't seen any changes from my previous probiotic. For the amount of pre-/probiotics, its a good value for the money. The stomach is the second brain so it's important to support good digestion for full nutrient absorption.

Works well. I'm not actually hungry taking these. They are a great appetite suppressant; I use the restroom regularly now, and I definitely feel these are working great. Easy to swallow, no taste, and my gut feels good—less gas, and I always have gas.

Ever since I learned about the microbiome, I've been working to replenish and diversify my gut flora. I wasn't sure what to expect from akkermansia, but I immediately had so much more energy and just feel better all around. I decided to try this one because it was less expensive than other akkermansia muciniphila supplements.

I don't normally react to probiotics so was surprised when I got massive diarrhea after taking 1 cap. I can only assume it's the inulin. I didn't realize this had inulin... not sure why they feel the need to add that. I would not purchase again.

I love ice cream, but two scoops used to make my live hit back. I went to B&R for Christmas and had no pain after the two-scoop cone. Wow. I am hoping for continued improvement with my liver's reaction. Maybe a cream cheese bagel next.
