My 7-year-old was completely captivated—the hatching process was exciting to watch, and it made the whole experience feel magical and interactive right from the start. It really builds anticipation in a way that few toys do.Compared to other interactive toys like Furby, this one is way more fun and engaging. The Draggle responds to touch and sound, and “grows” through stages, which kept my child interested well beyond the first day. Why did you pick this product vs others?:because it is super coolColor:thankfully got the one that was wanted!Fun for kids:very fun for kids (and adults to watch)Functionality:great play time out of itso this has been my go-to gift right now. i've been able to get it for $20 either on here or walmart online. the price fluctuates. my daughter wanted one for her bday. it was so much fun watching it hatch! i wasn't expecting it to be so interactive. then, my son (6), wanted one... he liked the dragons. thankfully the red/orange one hatched for him! he LOVES it. then, our neighbor who is almost 5 was obsessed with ours, so i got it for him as a gift. his whole family was over and i basically did a "demo" of this thing and they all "ooh'd and ahhh'd" at the spectacle. it was so funny! it mists, wiggles, cracks open, sings a song... grown adults were amazed LOL. it's a great gift but does take some help from an adult. i think an older kid would probably think it's too baby-ish.and actually, the animal that comes with it actually does a lot of fun things! my kids like it better than the ferbie. it does a cute dance party, "throws up/toots" (which is hilarious to them), etc.anyway, if you can get it for $20, it's a steal and a MUST for a gift. i highly recommend!

This is the perfect gift for Christmas or birthday. Battery has lasted since Christmas and it is very durable! Super fun and interactive, the noises and music is exciting and entertaining! Great value.

So much fun.Picked this up for my 3 year old niece. At Superbowl halftime we let her open this, wasn't expecting Kendrick Lamar to have competition but this thing is rad! First off, she had to rock the egg (very fragile, be careful) until it was ready to go (about 15 minutes). Then when it finally was ready; we set it down, and boom, great little self hatching mechanism, so so cool. Smoke/mist, light show, completely self hatching, and after its all said and done it sang my niece happy birthday. She was BEYOND thrilled!Side note, she has carried it everywhere last 24 hours after hatching I'm told.I recommend doing in a dark room as its quite the show

Got this for my son’s bday, he really loves furbys and any sort of robot “pet.”He truly enjoyed rocking, cuddling and petting the dragon egg while he waited for it to “hatch.” He just turned 5. I would highly recommend this toy, as it’s engaging and exciting. Lots of functions post hatch as well.

The instructions on how to hatch were a bit confusing and we ended up peeling it and were inpatient in getting it out but it was cute. Kind of dumb that there isn't a reusable shell. My daughter was disappointed at the fact she couldn't reuse the whole shell and only use the bottom part. She throws it around and it's become a bit of a hazard but the toy itself is cute and she loves it. Although when she uses it as a battering ram it's hard interior can do some damage, so we take it away. But otherwise a pretty ok toy. My daughter was 4 when we have this to her i don't think the 2 year old would have been as ok with it.

I bought this for a 6-year-old girl's birthday, and wow—it stole the show! As soon as she opened it, she had to hatch it right then and there. None of the adults had seen anything like it, so the whole party gathered around to watch. It was pure entertainment!This gift is all about the experience - the unboxing, the surprise, the magic. She absolutely loved every second, and now it has a special spot on her shelf. She still talks about it weeks later!If you’re looking for something memorable and fun, this one’s a winner.

These are fantastic! I watched my Grandchildren's face light up while they were doing them, made my heart smile and the price was really, really great! You can't go wrong by gifting them to the kids!
