I don’t think that the box actually says take one a day but that seems to be the implication. Having the supplement in sachets means more packaging but does make it easy to get the right amount and to take with you if you want to. I have been adding a sachet to 100ml of cold water and it dissolves fairly well. The taste is extremely mild vanilla, but not at all unpleasant. I have had no problem finishing it and I am continuing to take it. This seems like a great idea to improve gut health.
