Strong built and very easy to use handle. Bristles are soft and not harsh on scalp. Best to use on wet hair and not on dry scalp. I used this while conditioning my hair and feels good on head. Using this massager for oiling scalp is also effective for absorption of oil. Doesn't look or feel like a cheap product. Genuinely a good purchase.
