Hozelock 30m Hose Reel with 25m Hose 2412

Great item, really easy to attach and set up initially.The hose fits the tap perfectly and is really sturdy.The water pressure is great and there is very little leakage unlike other hosepipes that don’t attach properly and the length is great, stretches really far!

Basic installation info provided, but not self explanatory, I managed to figure it out after googling a few Youtube videos. The supplied spring needs to be installed at the hose end that attaches to the reel, designed to prevent hose kink and therefore flow restriction. Correct and neat stowing of hose onto reel will reduce kinks , snagging and knots when feeding hose from reel during daily use.

Arrived in good time, all as advertised. Fairly easy to set up and connect too

Why did you choose this product over others?:Some self assembly required, but overall very happy with the quality and ease of use. I had previously bought cheaper, non-easy storage hoses and they always got stepped on, pierced and tangled. This hose is sturdy, but the sprayer is not as versatile as others.

Excellent product at reasonable price on time delivery

The pictures on the amazon advert looked like this arrived all put together, the reason i paid more than other versions, but it doesn't. You have to unwind the entire hose and then put all the fittings together. There are no instructions, just pictures to follow which aren't clear at all. All of that could have been done before sale, it took ages and was fiddly. The hose itself is sturdy, no leakage so far and used a few times. I didn't realise the nozzle only had one setting (all others i've bought before came with a multi-setting nozzle), and that setting is 'blast', so i had to pay more to then buy a multi-setting hozelock nozzle - this lot had better last after all the cost and faff!!

Finally, we have invested in a great hose to save us from spending forever watering all of our pots and baskets with just watering cans. This is absolutely way better than the other hose that we had. It’s very flexible and long and very easy to roll and put away neatly. Highly recommend it.

The hose is good. It’s fairly solid, although it does twist and block sometimes.I have given up trying to use the reel; it leaks at the inside connection regardless of my many efforts to stop this, making the reel a waste of money. This means that the hose is lying around the edge of my lawn, looking untidy, a lot of the time in summer.I wish I’d paid more in the first place and will probably replace this season.
