Really good buy for the price
Can't lie, I'm surprised at how good of a purchase this turned out to be. I didn't want to drop $500 or so on a secret labs chair or some of the other brands. I just wanted something to use for work and gaming sessions that didn't hurt to sit in. My backside doesn't have much padding so I had to buy a pillow to use on my old chair.Assembly was super quick and easy to do. Maybe half an hour and I had it all together and going. I wasn't expecting much for the price so I took a chance on it, but this thing is way more firm and comfortable than I thought. It's not a weak cushion in the seat that immediately collapses which is nice. The big thing for me is however I adjust the back, it actually locks it there and stays. I work from home so I'm sitting here a lot at my computer through the day and that backward lean my old chairs had which got really uncomfortable. The bottom pillow isn't as big as the images show. That's fine with me because it's more useful not being so bulky. The head pillow is pretty small. I don't really use it though. If you really want one to use on a regular basis getting a bigger one would probably be best.Haven't used the foot rest as it isn't needed, but it seems pretty sturdy. The overall build is solid. No awkward leans or anything from the chair while I sit in it. It sits straight up and doesn't move around which is nice. I've spent more on chairs that were horrible about that.

Great Chair, Firm Cushioning, Sturdy Build
I’ve been waiting to make a review until after a few months of use. I got this chair in January, and I’ve been using it for my setup ever since. The chair is easy to assemble and the instructions are clear. Once assembled, the chair is sturdy and well cushioned. If you aren’t a fan of firm cushions, and require more plush cushioning then this wouldn’t be the chair for you. For me personally, I prefer firmer cushions so this is perfect for my needs. I sit in this chair for hours at a time during my gaming sessions, and have fallen asleep many times in my chair because it is that comfortable. The leg rest is surprisingly sturdy as well. I don’t really use the lumbar support but it’s not built in so it’s as simple as just setting it aside. I am a plus size woman, weighing ~275lbs. So if it holds me up easily, and remains sturdy, then that is amazing. I have a larger butt, so I was initially nervous about getting this chair because I was concerned about fitting my rear end in it for long periods of time, but it fits like a glove. It’s not too tight and not too loose. I think it would work well for people smaller and less wide than I am. My hips measure 54in for reference. Overall, my primary concerns flew out the window once I sat in the chair, and it adds the perfect finishing touch to my setup.

Those legs are ANNOYING to assemble, but otherwise decent chair
The hardest part about putting this thing together is the legs. It says "slap on floor" or something to get the screw holes to line up. THEY WON'T! What you really need to do is get it as close as possible to lining up, then put the bolt in at an angle but DO NOT SCREW IT IN! Put the tool into the bolt and then use the two to press inwards and kinda pry back the leg piece until the bolt stands upright like it should. THEN screw it in! A screwdriver won't work because it tends to slide right back out if you aren't holding it in place when you start to screw in the bolt. So when you remove the screwdriver to put the bolt in, you'll lose the alignment anyway. And you need the tool (included with it) in the bolt to be able to apply enough pressure while at an angle to "catch" the screw hole before pulling it into line.HEAD. ACHE.Aside from that, here's my assessment of the chair's use compared to about 4 or 5 others that I've used in my lifetime:The assembly is easy and straightforward after you get those leg screw holes lined up. The arms seem to be shorter in length and height than some other chairs I've had. But that's a good thing for me because when the seat is at the correct height, the arms of other chairs were rubbing against the underside of my *GLASS* top desk. Occasionally that little bit of give in the chair when I get up or descent when I sit down would snap the arms against the glass of my desk, and it always sounded like I would break it. Thankfully, I didn't.Also, I love the fabric covering! I ordered this specifically for that one reason. The one I'm about to throw out now has the typical vinyl covering and as it aged, it cracked, especially on the arm rests, and my arms were getting torn up by it! While this cloth will also wear over time (especially being microfiber), it shouldn't create sharp vinyl pieces to scratch up my arms, so that's a plus! The back of the chair has a really thick dense foam that isn't quite conforming to my spine just yet. It's going to take some wearing in to really feel comfy. My worry is that once it breaks down enough to wear in, the foam may deteriorate very quickly afterwards. That's something to watch for in the future though. The arms may have a lighter foam, or maybe the foam just conforms better to sharper points, like elbows. But they seem to have more give to them, for which ever reason. The back also doesn't lean back as far as some gaming chairs I have had. That could be bad for me as I sometimes get *very random* vertigo and need to lie flat for a few minutes until it goes away. With this chair, I'll probably have to stumble to a couch or bed to lie down if it happens. The seat itself is not too long or short either. I've had some that were short enough I felt like I would fall off the front of the chair. And others that were so long that when I saw back, my knees were ON the seat of the chair. This one is, thankfully, right in between. The foot rest isn't anything special nor bad, but it "attaches" in the slides with a bolt on the back of one side. That will make it easy to remove when it's time to buy another chair. With the exception of the gas lift, most of this will be easy to take apart to fit inside of a large trash collection container when it's time for that. (Yes, I've gone through enough chairs for that to be a concern now!)I never use the lumbar supports, so I can't give any information on that.

Good for its price.
The build quality is quite nice- it is a higher end thicker plastic for JUST the arm rests so they can take some beating if you are a bit rough with your set up. The back support is nice and the bottom cushion is loose so you can remove it at any time with ease. It doesn’t move despite being a loose pillow unless you are a living worm and wiggle 24/7 lol. It doesn’t show it in the pictures but this chair can go REALLY FAR BACK making its gaming capability compatible with whatever you are playing. Overall, you are getting your value for your money because this chair is quite nice for the price. The adjustments are easy to follow and the nobs are labeled. My only complaint is the foot rest seems kinda short and I’m 5’1 and that’s really saying something…

comfortable
at 6'4" this is one of the most comfortable office/gaming chairs I've owned. only thing I can say is that the lumbar support and head support pillows could use some work. assembly took about an hour, quality material, and just the right size for my office desk.
