I've been using this post work out as well as after a hard bike ride where I can't get food right away. I find it helps blunt my appetite and boost my energy until I'm able to get to a solid meal. Flavor is good. I find things to be too sweet most of the time and I don't think this is too sweet.

I wanted to like this. I was happy to see it didn't have sucralose in it. I did read one review where the person said it tasted like death. I chose to buy it anyway because the other reviews didn't mention a bad taste. But although it doesn't entirely taste like death, the taste is unpleasant enough that I won't be buying it again. It's hard to drink this.

This is my favorite BCAAs. It works great, tastes amazing, and has only GOOD ingredients (no crap like most BCAA powders!!). Love this company and all of their products!!
