Very much like DIY and loads of time saved. I like it - a few perspectives at the nutrients and their applications; quick reference, and a lot of new knowledge.

I like that this is laminated as it will live in my kitchen. I’m interested in nutrition and I like to know the benefits of eating different types of vegetables/meats/nuts etc and what vitamins and minerals I’m consuming.This is a fantastic go to guide and even tells you what you may suffer from if you are deficient in any particular vitamins/mineral.
